Can I visit the office during the Covid-19 pandemic?

Our offices are closed to most visitors but there are certain circumstances where you can have a face to face appointment with our Wills and Probate team. A face covering must be worn at all times when visiting any of our offices.

My experience with Haqib Iqbal and his team with the sale of my parents retirement property was nothing short of excellent. We used Neves to purchase our first house. Our main communication was with Jackie who was helpful and responsive. We were impressed with the service overall although we did have a few occasions with slow replies/updates. Once we were close to the end of the process the service was very good and very prompt action was taken. As first time buyers, we would’ve benefited from a bit more explanation, however we would still recommend Neves and we would use them again.

I cannot compliment them enough. All the staff so friendly and the team that dealt with my probate absolutely fantastic. Having lost my husband and trying to sort out his financial affairs was daunting , but Nina and her team just made it easy and took the burden away from me during this terrible time.
