Once we were close to the end of the process the service was very good and very prompt action was taken. We went to Mark Stevens to update our wills to reflect some changes in our circumstances. The whole experience was excellent, from booking the initial consultation, through the administrative requirements, the consultation itself and the processing of the final documentation.
