We went to Mark Stevens to update our wills to reflect some changes in our circumstances. The whole experience was excellent, from booking the initial consultation, through the administrative requirements, the consultation itself and the processing of the final documentation. Mark took us through all the changes we wanted to make, discussed the implications of the changes, explained any concerns we had, and, throughout it all, he was unhurried and completely focused on us and our requirements. Following up from that meeting, we received the draft wills to confirm, attended the office to sign them and then today received our copies of the final wills.
