We used Neves to purchase our first house. Our main communication was with Jackie who was helpful and responsive. We were impressed with the service overall although we did have a few occasions with slow replies/updates. Once we were close to the end of the process the service was very good and very prompt action was taken. As first time buyers, we would’ve benefited from a bit more explanation, however we would still recommend Neves and we would use them again.

My experience with Haqib Iqbal and his team with the sale of my parents retirement property was nothing short of excellent. Everything was explained and calls were returned promptly, even when Haqib was not in the office. I would recommend Haqib and his team one hundred percent when buying or selling your property. We went to Mark Stevens to update our wills to reflect some changes in our circumstances. The whole experience was excellent, from booking the initial consultation, through the administrative requirements, the consultation itself and the processing of the final documentation. Mark took us through all the changes we wanted to make, discussed the implications of the changes, explained any concerns we had, and, throughout it all, he was unhurried and completely focused on us and our requirements. Following up from that meeting, we received the draft wills to confirm, attended the office to sign them and then today received our copies of the final wills. We would wholeheartedly recommend Mark and the firm for a very well-rounded experience!
