Career History
I specialised in Residential Conveyancing before becoming qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011. I am a CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner.
Before joining Neves in May 2021, I worked in a Local Regional Firm, and prior to that, I worked in London for a number of years, acting on a variety of residential matters.
Recent Cases
I have advised both Buyers, Sellers and Lenders in relation to a variety of Residential Property transactions.
I am experienced in various Residential Property acquisitions for example Leasehold, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, New Builds and Freeholds to name just a few.
I am keen to ensure that my client receives practical advice in relation to their matter.
What makes me human
I'm an active person, who enjoys yoga, surfing and scuba diving!
I also enjoy painting, and I am taking classes in the hope that one day I will become a famous artist, but I have been advised to stick to my day job!
A lease is granted for a term of years with the remaining term decreasing as each year passes. If the remaining term of the lease has 80 years or fewer left to run and you decide to extend the term of your lease, which is more commonly known as a lease extension, you will be required to pay the Landlord a premium to extend the term of the lease.
