Mohamed Abdalla

Career History

I began my legal career in 2019 working as a legal assistant, gaining experience across a range of commercial and transactional matters. I went on to complete my training contract at a national firm in Milton Keynes, where I worked in both commercial real estate and corporate work.

I qualified as a solicitor in September 2024. I then joined the Corporate team at another national firm in Birmingham, working on business mergers and acquisitions, investment matters and general transactional work. I have now returned to Milton Keynes and I joined Neves as a Corporate Solicitor in November 2025.

Experience

I advise on a range of corporate matters, including business sales and purchases, company and commercial work and general company law. Recent work includes advising on the acquisition and sale of privately owned businesses, supporting clients through due diligence, negotiating share/asset purchase agreements and other transaction documents and advising on investment and shareholder arrangements.

During my training contract, I gained experience in both commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including property reorganisations, commercial leases, multi-site business acquisitions, corporate governance, share restructures, company incorporations and post-completion compliance.

What makes me human

Outside of work, I like to stay active in the gym, travel when I get the chance and hunt for new food spots. I am also a football fan and most weekends you will find me with friends somewhere watching football.
