Rabinder Lalli

I have previous experience as a property lawyer and in legal education, where I delivered training in legal skills and conveyancing practice. I joined Neves in 2020 as the firm’s Risk and Compliance Manager. 

I am responsible for ensuring that day to day operations within the firm comply with the regulatory and professional standards required by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.  I provide training, guidance and support to the teams in a range of compliance areas such as the SRA Code of Conduct and the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. This ensures that the firm operates good practices in supervision, training and risk management with oversight of work through structured policies and procedures.  

I enjoy the theatre, reading and yoga.
