Career History
I graduated in 1997 with BSc (HONS) degree in Psychology and qualified as a Legal Executive specialising in all types of residential property matters. I joined Neves in 2008 and became a partner in 2017.
Experience
I work in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfer of equity
- Matrimonial property transfers
- Lease extensions
- Re-mortgages.
What makes me human
Having now realised that I am unlikely to be noticed by a passing scout and become a professional footballer, I am committed to my legal day job but still like to moonlight as a footballer in my spare time.
Trevor Kidd was the solicitor representing the buyers of our London flat in June 2021. We were really impressed with his approach. We have since moved to Harpenden so are keen to use Neves for our own purchase.
