Partnerships and Joint Ventures

Starting a partnership or joint venture can be an exciting step for your business—but getting the legal foundations right is vital for long term success.

Our commercial law solicitors advise on every aspect of partnership and joint venture arrangements, helping you select the most suitable structure and prepare comprehensive agreements tailored to your objectives. We work closely with you to clearly define responsibilities, management arrangements, profit-sharing provisions and decision making procedures, ensuring all parties have a clear understanding from the beginning.

Our team also identifies potential risks and helps you implement safeguards so your business can adapt as it grows.

Shareholder Agreements

We can draft clear, effective shareholder agreements that protect the business and the owners. We advise on key matters such as ownership structure, share purchase and exit strategies, ensuring your agreement reflects your goals and minimises the risk of disputes. By tailoring each shareholder agreement to your specific needs, we help establish strong foundations for growth while ensuring full legal compliance.
