Career History
I joined Neves in October 2024, having worked for 7 years at another Family Law firm in Milton Keynes.
My legal career began after graduating with a first-class honours degree in Law along with the Kennedy Prize for ‘Best All-Round Law Student’. I later completed a Masters in Law while working as a paralegal, qualifying as a solicitor in November 2021.
Experience
I have worked almost exclusively in family law and as a result, have experience in a wide variety of cases. These include high net worth financial matters with complexities such as trusts, limited companies and overseas assets. I have worked with many parents traversing child arrangement disputes, intractable contact (sometimes involving parental alienation) and domestic violence. I have represented clients both in pursuing or defending Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.
I am acutely aware of the emotional turmoil that divorce, separation and other family law issues often involve, and I advocate for therapeutic or other support for adults and children involved in the process.
I have an active role in the local Resolution Group and am passionate about Resolution’s ethos to promote a constructive and conciliatory approach to family law matters.
I am a member of the Family Law team that is listed in the Legal 500 2026 edition.
Legal 500 editorial comment "Credited for offering a ‘balance between legal excellence and client care’, Neves possess broad family law capabilities, from complex financial matters arising from divorce, cohabitant disputes, and nuptial agreements, to intricate children disputes.
Being recommended by Legal 500 provides clients with an independent assessment of our ability, gives a flavour of who we are and what sets us apart from other law firms. Follow the web link for full details of the Legal 500 rankings.

What makes me human
When not in the office, I am normally found spending time with my three dogs or travelling in a campervan (sometimes both!).
From 12 January 2026, new guidance issued by the President of the Family Division has been brought into effect for non-molestation orders (NMO). This replaces the last guidance produced in 2023.

I was recommended Holly Warren, a family law solicitor who works for Neves by one of my friends. I Instructed Holly to act for me to advise on divorce proceedings including the divorce process and procedures. Holly explained the divorce process clearly and reduced my stress level and anxiety throughout the divorce process. The divorce experience would have been harder to manage without Holly’s expertise and advice. Recommend Holly for not just being a brilliant solicitor/lawyer but also a person who cares and tries to achieve the best outcome for her client.
