Neves strengthens is Commercial Law team

Neves Solicitors has expanded the Commercial Law team with the appointment of Mohamed Abdulla. Mohamed is a solicitor who has experience in a range of corporate matters, including business sales and purchases, company and commercial work and general company law.

His recent work has included advising on the acquisition and sale of privately owned businesses, supporting clients through due diligence, negotiating share/asset purchase agreements and other transaction documents, as well as advising on investment and shareholder arrangements.
